注文してからどのくらいで届きますか？
完全受注生産なので、通常はご注文確定から土日祝日を除く4〜5営業日で発送いたします。お手元には発送から1〜3日ほどで到着予定です。
届いた商品に不備があった場合は？
注文を受けてからの受注生産となる為、返品・返金は出来ません。 到着後、商品に破損・不具合等があった場合は、同じ商品を再制作という形のみでの対応となります。 （工場での工程の都合で、多少の印刷のズレや色ブレが起こる場合がございます。こちらは再制作対象外です。）
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. When you access our shop from overseas, a dedicated proxy cart (such as Buyee) will automatically appear to guide you through the purchase.
How much is the international shipping fee?
Shipping costs vary by destination and the proxy service you choose. You can see the total estimated cost, including international shipping, in the proxy cart before you finalize your order. We process and ship orders within 5~7 business days. Once it reaches the domestic proxy warehouse, it typically takes 1–2 weeks to reach your doorstep, depending on your local customs.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because our items are carefully handled for international transit, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations for personal reasons. If the item is defective, please contact the proxy service support.
